Diane Butts is an Account Manager at Fox Insurance who began her insurance career in 1999 working for a local managing agent for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan. She transitioned into the retail agency side of the business in 2003 when she became an Account Manager. Since joining Fox Insurance in 2006, Diane has worked alongside the agents to assist clients in many ways. Her focus is providing clients with accurate and timely responses to their needs. Diane graduated from Coopersville High School and Davenport College. She is an active member of her church and sits on a variety of committees. She also enjoys volunteering at her son's school and holds the position of Secretary of the School Board. Diane and her husband reside in Coopersville with their three children. Her interests include spending time with her family, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.

Paul Freihofer, Vice President of Fox Insurance, graduated from East Grand Rapids High School and St. Lawrence University. After graduating from college in 1987, he started his insurance career, with a focus on life insurance and group benefits. After having served DP Fox as the company's agent for over 10 years, Paul joined them to start Fox Insurance in 2004. His primary areas of responsibility include agency management, administration, supervision, and sales. Paul provides insurance services for small businesses in the areas of employee benefits, business succession, and estate planning. Paul and his wife, Caroline, reside in Cascade Township with their two children. Paul's interests include youth football, outdoor activities, and traveling to Michigan's Upper Peninsula. He is actively involved with Ducks Unlimited and the Grand Rapids Community Foundation.

Noreen Ingersoll is an Account Manager at Fox Insurance and assists our clients in many ways, including enrollment, claims support, and billing reconciliation. Noreen began her insurance career in 1998, working in various roles as a Managing Agent for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan. Noreen then moved to the retail agency side of the business in 2001 and became an Account Manager, which has been the focus of her career since then. Noreen graduated from high school in Mason City, Iowa and then graduated from Davenport College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She and her husband, Wayne, reside in Middleville. They enjoy spending time outdoors and going on nature walks with their grandchildren.

Lisa Jewell is an Account Manager at Fox Insurance. Lisa entered the insurance business in 1997 as a Customer Service Representative for a large national insurance company. She transitioned to the agency side of the business in 2000. Since joining Fox Insurance in 2008, Lisa's responsibilities have included marketing support, submission and processing of new business and renewals, claims support, and assisting with benefit questions. Lisa graduated from Northview High School in Grand Rapids and Grand Valley State University. Lisa and her husband, Scott, reside in Plainfield Township with their dog, Parker. Lisa's interests include camping in northern Michigan and barbecuing.

Beth Wierenga, Fox Insurance's Director of Business Development, graduated from high school in Wheaton, Illinois and then North Central College. After graduation she began a 17-year career in human resources. In 1998, she joined an established employee benefits agency as a principal owner. During this time she worked as a benefits consultant with mid-sized companies ranging from 100 employees to larger companies with 5,000+ employees located across the country. After the agency was sold, she joined the newly formed Fox Insurance in 2005 to help build the agency to what it is today. Beth has served on several boards, including the American Red Cross; HHS, Inc.; Amerikam Inc.; as well as serving as a Trustee for Westminster Presbyterian Church. She has also served on several industry councils such as Priority Health's Agent Council and BCBS Managing Agency Councils with The Grotenhuis Group and Agent Alliance. Beth and her husband, Chris, live in Cascade Township. Between the two of them, they have four children in high school and college. They enjoy spending time at their cottage in Leelanau County, cycling, sailing, and flying.

Sandy Wytiaz joined Fox Insurance in January 2009. She is a native of Upstate New York and graduated from NYU with a degree in accounting. Sandy is the past owner of Complete Benefit Designs, a company that designed benefit plans for small to mid-sized businesses in northern Michigan, with a concentration in the Petoskey/Harbor Springs area. Sandy has been a licensed insurance agent for the past 17 years. In addition to operating a full-time business, Sandy has been very active in her community. She was a founding member of the Eastern Upper Peninsula Fine Arts Council. She is also a past president of Friends of the Library, has served as a volunteer for Hospice for the last nine years, raises funds for the DeTour Botanical Gardens, and is a member of the local Zoning Board of Appeals. Sandy has lived in DeTour Village for the past 11 years with her husband Bob.
